标题可能描述的不准确，下面详细描述下 我是用来做B站的视频更新推送的，我订阅了大概100多个频道 虽然设置了15分钟的更新间隔，但是每次到了更新的时候，会按照顺序把100多个源都扫描一遍，这就会触发B站的反爬导致rsshub暂时被ban 所以希望能增加一个扫描的间隔，比如说扫描完第一个rss源之后间隔5s再扫描
