I have the same problem. Its only on the second (non retina) screen on my MacBook. Its working if i move CRT back to the build in display.

It is working on the second screen if you switch the fonts to on of the "SYSTEM" fonts in the settings -> terminal -> name of font.

I found out that it is using the Internet Explorer cache and cookies. If you clear them, the web login asks again for user.
