The two DLL need to be placed next to the executable. Are you using the universal one or the regular with the registry check?

Playing at 4K on a 60hz monitor ?
Horizon Forbideen West and Cyberpunk are the only games you are having issues ?
Any other games not modded ? I need to know if the issue is localized or not.
