when I run object_prior_extraction.py and relation_prior_extraction.py，it also occur: IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'model/prior/raw/relationships.json'. Does the relationships.json come from visual genome (http://visualgenome.org/api/v0/api_home.html)?

I meet the same problem. Did you solve it？

after downloading all image parts (images-*), extract using: cat images-* | tar zx
