Is there a bug in the 'ops.py' file?

In the 'volumetric_apply' function of 'ops.py' file, the return values are 'vid_1' and 'vid_2', but I find that 'vid_2' is not defined.

It is related to the transformation flag which is currently set to affine. There are 2 transformations: affine and convolution.
