Wamp spec ([S5.1.2.ID](https://wamp-proto.org/static/rfc/draft-oberstet-hybi-crossbar-wamp.html#ids)) says minimum valid ID is 1, not 0.

Expose DataDir()

I like this library! I just noticed that `CacheDir` is [exposed for a scope](https://github.com/muesli/go-app-paths/blob/master/paths.go#L98), but there is not equivalent `DataDir()`. Is there any reason not to expose an equivalent function...
