No way to run commands that need root access from `/docker-entrypoint-initdb.d`

I had the same problem as you @sherwynsaul, however it worked for me using the [postgis/postgis:15-3.3-alpine](https://registry.hub.docker.com/r/postgis/postgis/tags?page=1&name=15-3.3-alpine) Sidenote, I was using mdillons postgis distribution before.

On crash exit value is still 0

This still seems to be an issue. I have a fail silent scenario happening.

Put rapidjson under `cereal` namespace

Please fix this "I include and mess up library x" issue, it is impossible to use both rapidjson and cereal in vcpkg since cereal has adds a lot of mods...
