Quest to player settlement can't deliver goods

I can confirm reproduction of this bug, there is no way to complete the trade missions with player settlements from my experimentation with or without mods. Version: v1.3.9

Container must be ran as root

If I didn't execute the container as root I wouldn't need to have the COMPOSER_ALLOW_SUPERUSER flag set. during the entry point script you start editing the php configs in etcd...

[Feature request] Shared collections

Just adding that shared collections would be useful, especially when managing collections of items that are shared in a family like physical media.

Can confirm this on hosts using ESXi and vCenter 8.0.2, ESXi 6.7 do not have the unintended side effects.
