### Description windows高分屏开启显示缩放后的外接1080P屏幕的pot翻译窗口大小异常小，且pot无法记住窗口大小。 这一BUG只在外接的1080P显示器中出现，在原本的高分屏中正常。 ### Reproduction 复现条件： 1.系统为Window11 2.原屏幕为2k显示器，在系统-屏幕中开启放缩  3.外接1080P显示器 4.在外接显示器中使用pot进行选句翻译 5.将pot的翻译界面手动拉大 6.关闭翻译界面，重新选句翻译 7.重复选句翻译 8.重复多次后，可发现翻译界面越来越小，直至最小界面规模 ### Platform Windows ### System Version Windows 11 家庭中文版 22H2 ### Window System (Linux...
