This may be more correct to the real flag but I feel like it's kind of lost some element of Microsoft FluentUI. I'm sure this issue has been raised internally...

This looks like the same issue as https://github.com/ikvmnet/ikvm/issues/673 Although the author of that issue seems to have closed it without sharing how they fixed it
This sounds like a TFM precedence issue, I think I've seen it before.

@0x5bfa 'See the LICENSE.' is grammatically incorrect. I recommend 'See the license file', 'See the license file in the root directory' or even just remove the 'See the license' sentence...
