Another option is to skip lines according to their license number, for example skipping (afair) all lines between 100000 and 100999 might get rid of Prague bus lines already included...
Can't the fix function here deal with that problem?

Funnily enough, this feed is used by Google and it also states it's expired
Again like in #1334, no feed_info.txt is present sadly
So it means Google presents incredibly low quality data
feed might be not expired anymore
