You can run `hyper -v` from the default terminal, then do Tools>Update Plugins, and see if there are any errors logged in the default terminal.
This env: node error is very weird, happens randomly, for now you can try running ``` yarn install --no-lockfile --cache-folder ~/.config/Hyper/plugins/cache --cwd ~/.config/Hyper/plugins ```

You're using custom prompt for powershell, maybe you can try once with the default profile/prompt and check if it still happens.
still it might be useful to test with the default profile once also can you post the powershell profile, I can try to reproduce.
The config file would be in the home directory. You may delete it to reset it.
