Maybe this error from SAI can help: 

On Pixel 7 Pro the App is not installable from Playstore because the search does not find it. So I've tried the APK here from GitHub.

On a Pixel 5 with Android 13 is a fresh install also not possible.

Just checked:  Maybe it needs a while until it is rolled out to all.
