When switching to 38 we have to also inform @daveleroy to update the LSP bridge in Debugger.

Haven't used Emmet for a while. Might be fixed in the meantime? I can't reproduce it either. We can close and reopen if the issue occurs in the future.

I didn't do anything special so it must be shipped with ST or package control.

There are platform independent releases (without Java) and platform depended releases that come with Java. Without knowing what the neovim plugin really does I suspect it just installs the platform...

This was implemented in the latest LSP-jdtls release. However, something is currently broken in Debugger, see #204.
