ytb-vos valid set

i download the ytb-vos valid-set successfully, but when i run thee script "bash test_mask_refine.sh config_davis.json SiamMask_DAVIS.pth ytb_vos 0", it shows that "FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/..../SiamMask/utils/../data/ytb_vos/valid/Annotations/0062f687f1/00005.png',...

Loss does not converge

I train mobilenet_v1 for many times, but the loss doesn`t down to 1.xxx, but aways be 2.xxx, and the accuracy is just about 54%,what is wrong?
