Adds optional support for use of tipped arrows with Mine & Blade: Battlegear 2's quiver, if the mod is detected. Works with both [CurseForge](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mb-battlegear-2) and [GTNH](https://github.com/GTNewHorizons/Battlegear2-for-Backhand) versions
