How to set auth proxies?

I have a set proxies without banned by PTC and a set proxies without banned by POGO. Is it possible to set different proxies for PTC and POGO API?

Is it possible to update POGOProtos to 0.49.1?

I'm using the branch, Swift3.0---Version-45 and follow the updating Protos steps. It does not work. Here is my environment: protobuf-swift (3.1.0) POGOProtos (2.3.0) Would you please help?
