There's an unknown ostree error when layering winehq packages, my recommendation at this point is to use Lutris if you need newer wine for something.
Is this a fresh install? Can you give me the contents of your `~/.justfile`?

GNOME requires a calibrated color profile for every display to change color temp, we just added two new ones for matte & reflective decks, check under color settings in GNOME...

Can you record a video? I'm not able to reproduce this on any hardware.
Sounds like it's simply not going to sleep, but I'm still unable to produce both of your issues even after a complete reinstall on real hardware. I'll keep digging.
