The more severe issue has now been gone for 2-3 days over multiple games. The original issue (with minor, but still annoying network lag) is still there.
I now dual-boot Windows for the sole purpose of playing CS2, because I couldn't play the game with this issue.
@kisak-valve I've tried going back to playing CS on Linux, but this issue is still present over half a year after the initial bugged update. Do we have any updates...
