I agree that this is needed as many adventure maps include a portion of it in the nether. Is there a way to do this allready?

same here. With maybe a wool block that changes color when there are no more instances available. So players know if there is room to create another instance.

Any word on the possibility of having this as a feature?

I know the devs are super busy and this is an amazing plugin as always from multiverse team. But, can we PLEASE get an update on if this is possible...
