I think it is json-editor specific extension.

AFAIK `describedBy` is an `oneOf` replacement, not `anyOf`, am I wrong?

But from UI point of view, when one use `describedBy`, editors for only one subschema are shown. So i believe it should be validated as `oneOf`.
