A proxy could be a good solution, depending on how much functionality it breaks. I assume the apple gdbserver is not documented anywhere we would have to reverse what handlers...
I did some light reverseing of the rosetta binary, this seems to be the handlers they support. If it recives an handler not in the list it prints the error...
