This line is not the only issue, because fixing just this line does not fix the problem.

My Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 2004 works fine, but not on 1607 (LTSB). Receive 401 all the time. At the same time Microsoft's test page ( https://webpushdemo.azurewebsites.net/ ) works...

I suppose three periods are automatically replaced with ellipsis, which is looks like three periods, but it is just a single character (…).
