Update: It seems to decrease with increased intervals. I had 12 minutes leakage on 6 hours today with an interval of 10 seconds.

Nope, the directory did not exist before and the timestamp matches what I expected it to be.
It was probably a bad idea that I just continued to use the old log file with no migration, right?
