bug: It is not directing to vs code when clicking with ALT.

Same here, even in VSCode Insiders it still doesn't work.

TypeError hitting a lot of my users

I'm also having this error in production in a NextJS app with Server-side rendering. I think it is because of the Server-side rendering nature of the app.
