Upgrade PostgreSQL dependency version

Hi, I have deployed the Kong helm chart via ArgoCD. The current PostgreSQL dependency version is causing the application to be constantly out of sync. This was fixed in the upstream chart here.

Can the dependency for PostgreSQL be updated in the chart so that this does not happen?
