Can you provide the data/database.db entry of `_TZ3000_1dd0d5yi` and indicated wether the state is inverted with 1.41.0 or not?
I think it was fixed in https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/23483 already, can you check if everything is ok with the [dev branch](https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/advanced/more/switch-to-dev-branch.html)?

Could you provide the debug log when changing brightness to 0% on both 1.39.1 and 1.40.0? See [this](https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/configuration/logging.html) on how to enable debug logging.

The `configure` part shouldn't be needed for this type of Tuya device.

With z2m 1.35.2, everything should work out-of-the-box, can somebody confirm this?
