Update strain node identifier format to use BacDive IDs directly:

• Strain nodes now use bacdive:XXXXX instead of strain:bacdive_XXXXX
• Updated strain label generation to reflect new ID format
• All edges referencing strains automatically updated via species_with_strains list
• External culture collection strains (e.g., strain:DSM-1234) remain unchanged
