For the moment I decided to release an updated localization pack together with each version release. It's easy to grab it and check in [ResxTranslator](https://github.com/HakanL/resxtranslator) if any missing translations appear.

Added scanner for the `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\RADAR\HeapLeakDetection\DiagnosedApplications` junk. What's left is the partially removed junk that didn't get picked up. Related to #162
This is low priority for me, since it requires a lot of work for something that CCleaner can do.
