遅くとも今日から起算して92日後までに修正しないとdata corruptionが発生する (edit: 起点が明確ではなかったので修正)

やる ただし、実装面においては権限グループのみを追加することとし、その権限グループがどのコマンドを使用できるのかは策定しない
そもそもアイテムを返すコードが記述されていない。
