Yarn ignores no_proxy environment variable when proxy property set

setConnectionTimeout is not working

Hi, @SK-Yang. As far as I know, the param `connectionTimeout` only affects when a channel tries to connect to the APNs server. Therefore, it doesn't work after the channel connection...
