Diving Gear doesn't grant some attributes when worn.

The Diving Chestplate doesn't grant any additional armor toughness as stated in the book and no piece of Diving Gear will give knockback resistance as stated in the code.

Explosions from Mine Guardians and Depth Charges will break blocks will high blast resistances.

When a Depth Charge or Mine Guardian explodes, it will break blocks a regular explosion normally can't, such as obsidian or ancient debris.
