@ak0037 I do have .Net framework 4.7.1 installed in my local box. I am getting error when I run the EchoBot code locally

I am also facing the same issue while running [Echo Bot](https://github.com/microsoftgraph/microsoft-graph-comms-samples/tree/master/Samples/PublicSamples/EchoBot). I am not able to see the bot joining the meeting
