lib not receiving data

I tried the rx example with node 12.16.1 - everything starts, but I'm not getting any data logs :(

When calling `browser.start()` im getting the above error on: /node_modules/mdns/lib/mdns_service.js:32 this.watcher.set(this.serviceRef.fd, true, false); ^

added enablePan() and disablePan()

added two new functions: enablePan() and disablePan() which allow the user to enable/disable the panning-functionality. Additionally, the panning is disabled by default.
