landscapeOnFullScreen & fullScreenOnLandscape don't work on iOS

As title say: ``` landscapeOnFullScreen: false, fullScreenOnLandscape: false, ``` makes no difference it defaults to true on iOS even if debugging config says it's set to '0'

autostart: false flag does not work on iOS, player still starts automatically. On Android it works as expected. Also tried not settings autostart flag at all. But the issue remains...

This issue is on version 0.1.57 Before 0.2.x version this lib uses JW player SDK v3. But the latest SDK version "3.20.2" crashes with NoSuchMethodException on Android in this implementation....

Maybe we could have a single config point to create a default wrapper for all of the stories. Or maybe in a deeper level for a whole MonarchApp wrapping.
