Understood! It might be better to not include the option indeed, people might use it without knowing it's a huge performance waster.

That's strange, the project should actually be GLES3 and doesn't do anything fancy to the shaders - it's the default Godot shader and materials.

I'm not sure I agree with making the software alphabetical order, I'd at the very least keep both Photoshop and Illustrator on top since I feel that's what people want...
