Interpolated anime gifs have weird black dot

This can happen for some gifs and i don't know why : My Gpu : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU My Cpu : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500H CPU @ 2.50GHz...
