Add Prebuilt Maps With Specific Tile Placement

Many maps are pre-built and specific. Allow those as a starting point that a user can edit/modify for their custom maps. May be tied to #16.

This would let people set templates.

Waiting to hear what tile number they are, but they are basically 90A cut in half and open ended. There should be an Alpha, Beta, and Gamma version of them.

Using a tile string (either TTS or list of tile numbers) hit an endpoint and get an image returned to you of the map.

Take in a post request with form data and simply return a tile string (in TTS Mod format) for anyone to use.
