Yeah it's not possible to disable them right now. We could make it a config.toml option. For now you can just rm them after the zola build
I close issues when the feature is released in a Zola version, so it will be closed whenever 0.19.2 or 0.20.0 is released.
In Zola templates that extend another template, variables declared at top-level are silently ignored
We could add an error for that in the next version of Tera but that's not a Zola issue itself.
You had that line the markdown right? If so might be a regression in shortcodes in HTML due to the pulldown-cmark update.
