You can enable the download button on every chart if you load the Download Chart plugin, which can be found here: https://github.com/KatieFrogs/taiko-web-plugins

Please check the `chrome://gpu` page for hardware accelerated canvas and hardware accelerated rasterization. If they are both hardware accelerated, try lowering the quality setting in game.
