The previous `detectors` table has now been replaced by the new spreadsheet 2019-07-11 made by @aharpalaniTO. Detector `DU_RO` has `date_end` = 2018-08-31.

Created the two tables with the above listed columns. What rows are supposed to go in them?
Is the `bluetooth_id` same as `Bluetooth Unit #` in the xlsx file? (and similarly `wifi_id` is `WIFI Unit #` ?)
