https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go/pull/3585 changed the location of the sampling documentation. It changed from https://opentelemetry.io/docs/instrumentation/go/exporting_data/#sampling -> https://opentelemetry.io/docs/instrumentation/go/sampling/.
