Upgrading to use AndroidX libraries instead of the older support libs and should allow Jetifier to be disabled. This addresses #183, supersedes #173

Using a GitHub bot which automatically calls out a lack of tests will streamline some of the manual reviews and ensure that code coming in is well tested.

Would be awesome to run the linter as part of the pipeline to ensure that the code style is enforced.

Currently many items are either missing or have incorrect item data.
