I see, the creation of the DC b26296 did not work (2_CreateParentDisks.ps1). Host OS is a b26296, too. Will evaluate this situation with WS2022 / 2025 b26100 as host OS....

Can repro that the host OS plays a role. Testing with WS 2022 as host OS there is no error with the DC. Michael has more details.

tried to repro again 3 times, didn't happen. Any idea what could have been the cause in the first run? Used PS5.1

Today, tested with Windows_InsiderPreview_Server_vNext_en-us_**26296**.iso. No change in behaviour. Waiting for fix on OS level.
