mslab 24.04 - djoin blob might erratically fail with WS2025 VMs

Scenario: Host OS (Hyper-V): b26085 Windows Server 2025 Guest OS (DC): b26085 Windows Server 2025

Issue: Domain Join blob failed two times due missing file when using Windows Server 2025 as VM OS.

Repro:

• Install WS 2025 as host OS
• enable Hyper-V
• Fully Deploy mslab 24.04 using WS 2022 ISO during 2_createparentdisks.ps1
• Create a parentdisks for Core and GUI using WS 2025 ISO b26085' Filenames: WinSrvInsiderCore_26085.vhdx, WinSrvInsider_26085.vhdx
• Use Labconfig attached

tried to repro again 3 times, didn't happen. Any idea what could have been the cause in the first run? Used PS5.1
