Convert PulseEffects presets to EasyEffects presets

[EasyEffects](https://github.com/wwmm/easyeffects) uses a different preset structure since 6.0.0 ([discussion](https://github.com/wwmm/easyeffects/issues/904#issuecomment-862572748)) This should make the presets compatible. How about creating a separate branch for EasyEffects and referencing it in the readme?
