I believe this to be a duplicate of issue #3301 Both seem to describe the same input issue upon a disconnect. Bluetooth controllers seem to be able to recover, however...
`SDL_GameControllerOpen` returns NULL upon an error. Is that handled anywhere? All I see is `if (gamepadHandle == IntPtr.Zero)` but `IntPtr.Zero` isn't NULL, it's 0. So it looks like if `SDL_GameControllerOpen`...
