Having the same issue when trying to cut mp4 and mkv files. Using Windows 11. Most of Lossless' menus look terribly distorted too, as if it's incorrectly trying to scale...
Just FYI this did not fix it on my end as that setting is globally off in my control panel.
I've already tried that. Save INI also doesn't seem to save settings between sessions anymore.
