Hi, We are using semantic versioning tags in github, and we really need to be able to match patch versions without the need to change Puppetfile for every patch release....

Hi, We are using semantic versioning tags in github, and we really need to be able to match patch versions without the need to change Puppetfile for every patch release....

I know this works with `export http_proxy` but it would be really grate to see a real `--proxy` option on this module.
