these are the files inside `.local/share/sioyek` (autogenerated i assume) ``` auto.config last_document_path.txt local.db shared.db test.db ``` the issue must be with `local.db`, because deleting it let's me open the file...

I am using the [NixOS](https://search.nixos.org/packages?channel=23.11&from=0&size=50&sort=relevance&type=packages&query=sioyek) build. It does not happen when using the appImage builds. Is there any way I can provide more information?

Okay this is weird. I had `toggle_scrollbar` and `toggle_custom_color`in my config as `startup_commands`. Removing the line fixed the issue aswell..

Nevermind, the error persists.. It is very hard to pin down where it is/how to reproduce. Might be related to [this](https://github.com/ahrm/sioyek/pull/694) however.

Even when setting `rootPath`, typst-lsp ist still reporting an error for me (file not found ...). The file compiles fine though, with the `--root` option. v 0.13.0
